Molecular Sieve JLOX-500 / JLOX-500S

Molecular sieve JLOX-500 is also the sodium alumino-silicate with type X crystal structure. Compared to 13X molecular sieve, its silica alumina ratio (SAR) is lower. which give it the higher N2/O2 separation coefficient. With this feature, JLOX-500 is widely used in PSA Oxygen generator to produce oxygen.

Under the same working conditions, the oxygen production efficiency of JLOX-500S can be increased by 10% or more than of JLOX-500.

Recommended Application :

The traditional way to produce oxygen is cryogenic distillation, which is an economical capital-intensive process for a large number of factories. Compared to cryogenic distillation, PSA process is more attractive and competitive when produces a small amount of oxygen during low temperatures.
